Gosh it has been beautiful this week. This is my amazing view as I am writing this!
And look what my granddaughter’s softball team found in their dugout last night! They tried very hard not to disturb it, but we didn’t see any mama around during the game (they won 9 to 3 – way to pitch Jade!)
On June 1 Stampin’ Up introduces their new catalogue and their 5 new colors for 2016-2018. This year we were able to order a sneak peek package that includes 3 of the new colors. I’ve used them in this card: Lemon Lime Twist, Tranquil Tide and Fresh Fig. The other two colors are equally as stunning and I’ll be sharing them as soon as I can. House Beautiful for March featured their color of spring on the cover in a beautiful kitchen and it was Lemon Lime Twist. You will be seeing a lot of this from me this spring and summer. 
The card is made using a set of embossing folders called Celebrations that deboss the HAPPY featured here and a script Celebration. I will post a card using that tomorrow. The debossing adds a ton of ways to finish the card and there is a stamp set called Happy Celebrations that is designed to maximize the embossed words. The sentiment stamps that go with this set cover a ton of occasions and I’m loving it.
