Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! The weather here in Michigan was spectacular! We spent the weekend at a softball tournament with our granddaughter (Super Jade!) Way too much for for Grandma and Grandpa!
The basis of this card is a retired Heartfelt Creations stamp that I picked up at the MegaMeet. Thought the gear bouquet would be cool layered and made into a guy card – my hardest ones! I used the new Tim Holtz mini-gear dies for the corner piece and a couple of the individual dies cut several times to layer on the stamped image. The leaves are Stampin’Ups Mossy Meadow and the can and nut are Wendy Vecchi’s Watering Can – perfect color. The can handle was wrapped with very thin soldering wire (that I stole from Dan’s toolbox)!
The 2016-17 Stampin Up Catalogue launches today! You can access it from the link on the top right above or by going to my Stampin’ Up Blog. I have catalogs available if you are like me and like to curl up in a chair to peruse and get ideas. Be sure to check out the cool retro new ink colors. I’m loving the Flirty Flamingo!
