One of the things on my Wish List for the MegaMeet in Novi, MI last weekend was Stephanie Bernard’s flipflops2stamp and the matching dies. I’m usually not a big whimsical fan, but these are the cutest! The flip flops and waves are stamped and cut with four of the dies that come in the die set. I added a little freehand scribbling on the starfish to give them a little more detail. For the card base, I used her Flip-Its Rectangle #2 die. The paper is This and That Epic Day by Stampin’ Up that is one of my favorites and the waves and sentiments are stamped in Early Espresso to match the brown base of the flip flops! The center of the card flips to the back when opened and has a happy birthday sentiment. Glad that most of my relatives don’t follow my blog because there are going to be lots of these for birthday cards this summer!
For all you Project Life fans or if you have ever wanted to try an easy and fun way of memory keeping, Stampin’ Up has teamed up with Becky Higgins for some exclusive Project Life kits that are truly amazing and match the SU papers and ink.
Another great card Kaye!
